Have tilde map to alt-K

More for legacy sake, have the tilde'~' map to the ALT-K command to bring up the knowledge commands.

Re: Have tilde map to alt-K

I concur on the map to be able to toggle on and off the dungeon map window easily. especially when I am playing with tiles on the double monitor system. I can with a keystroke pop up the map and then close it again instead of using the mouse and the menu bar to toggle it

Re: Have tilde map to alt-K

Both done.  The tilde brings up a menu with pushbuttons for each of the knowledge screens.  The shortkey for toggling the overhead map is now ALT-M.

There is an issue with the game remembering the size of the overhead map when opening and closing that needs to be worked out.  Bringing up the older window position conistently is a little more complex.  So right now the shortkey opens up a minimum sized window that has to be resized to see anything.  It should work better in a day or two.

Re: Have tilde map to alt-K

Working pretty good now, (I know it is still WIP), can we get the map to close with the same Alt-M when the focus is on the overhead map window and place focus back on main (even better when focus is on any window, but may mean you have to update all the windows).  This will allow it to work even better as a switch to toggle the map on and off.
